I'm also using Firefox 3.5.3, on a Mac. Cleared my history & cache but it still doesn't work. (BTW, that YouTube video doesn't map to my Firefox Tools menu)   Also, I find that I keep getting knocked off my page and have to keep logging back in.

No error message. I am able to see the jpeg file once I hit "upload," but when I insert the image it doesn't show up. However, it does say "remove" above where the image should be.

 Still not working. (I use Firefox browser, in case you need to know that.)

 Having the same problem, and it's impossible to track the prizes cashed in on the kids accounts with no images, since they aren't labeled with anything but the dates they were redeemed.
