    Prizes

Is there a way that the parents can see the price of the prize before excepting the prize?

    Thanky you

    Rocky

    Re: Prizes

Are you able to view the prizes from the parent dashboard using the "Requested Prizes" link in the left hand navigation?  The prizes are integrated with Amazon.com, so the prices should be showing up.  I have seen a few that do not, but it seems those items may either be out of stock, or currently unavailable.

Its great that you're linked to Amazon as they are trusted for good prices. As I am based in the UK (and I've passed details of the site onto several others over here), it would be useful to have a 'regional' setting to select so we can get Amazon UK prices.

Also it would be nice to have the ability to assign available prizes at an individual child level - would others find this useful too?

Thank you for bringing up the idea of the Amazon.uk.   It is something we hadn't considered before, although we should have due to the large number of UK users.  We will look into what would be involved in implementing it.

I believe the prizes available are filtered based on the age of the child.

With the numbe rof people I've recommended the site to, your UK users could well go up :-)

I have used a lot of custom prizes as rather than rewarding the kids with more toys, we have focused on 'family time' as being the reward - trips out, activities we can do as a group so all the kids have to earn enough points to get the treat - encourages team work as they remind each other of what needs doing!

This should work well at weekends when we have my partners 2 kids as well as mine, but I have given my son a separate account for his weekday tasks and would like to reward him separately from the others in relation to this. I suppose I could set up another account altogether to keep the weekends with all 3 of them separate from weekdays with just my son.
