    removing purchased prize

One of my children accidentally purchased a prize (they are still learning to read).  How can they "return" the prize?

    Re: removing purchased prize

Once a child purchases a prize the parent has to approve it.  You can simply deny the purchase and the points, etc.. will revert back to what  was there originally.  If you have already approved the purchase you can add the number of points you need to add into the child's point bank, and the child will need to go through the steps of adding the prize to their wishlist and having you approve it again in order for it to show up in their list again.

If you have any trouble let me know.

There is nothing under Requested Prizes.  The only place I see the prize is where I can "purchase" it.

    Re: removing purchased prize

I apologize.  I must have confused what you were saying with the requested prizes.

You can delete the purchased item by clikcing the "Add/Edit Prizes" button in the left navigation.  You will then need to add the point value back to your child's account.  I am going to make note of this on our to-do list as this is not a very convenient method to reverse things when prizes are accidentally purchased.  There should be a much smoother way to revert back.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

    Susan
