I've tried to import chores from one child to another, and it doesn't seem to work right now.  It pops up the box asking what I want to import, but then does nothing when I click the "Import" button.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am not able to duplicate the problem.  Are you still having trouble?  When importing chores, please be sure to import fromanther child who has chores set up. You can choose to import chores into an existing list, or delete the existing list while importing the other child's list.

Hi Kristy,

Can you walk me through what you are doing exactly?  Are you making sure to check off the child you are importing chores from?

Once you have created Child A's chores, you can then click on Child B from the kid list menu.  Once in Child B's chore set up section, you will click on import chores.  A small screen will pop up whoing a list of all of the children in the family.  Check the box next to Child A and you will then have the choice to either add on to Child B's chores, or completely replace the list with Child A's list.  Does that make sense?  Are you doing all of that and still cannot complete the import?  Please let me know with more detail on how you are going about it as we are not receiving any error notifications, and as I mentiioned earlier; we are unable to replicate the problem.
