    Hmm [^o)] Child Account Password

I have created a new child account and assigned a password.  I am unable to change the password either as the child or as the administrator.

    Re: Child Account Password

    Hi Loretta,

You should be able to take care of this from your administration page. Once you are logged in, click on "User Accounts", not the Kid List.  From the User Accounts page you should be able to add/edit/delete children or their information.

If you are still having trouble with this please let me know.

    Susan

I am having the same problem.  I initially gave both of my children the same password to use, but each one of them wanted to change their password.  I have attempted tp change it through the child's page and the administrator page and still unsuccessful..

    Re: Child Account Password

Passwords can only be changed through the administrator's section, and only using the User Accounts section, not the Kid's List.  Once you are logged in as the administrator you click on the User Accounts button in the left hand navigation menu.  This will bring you to a page similar to the Kid's List.  Wait a few seconds as it takes a bit for everything to load.  Here you will see the Edit and Delete buttons under each user's name.  Click Edit to edit the password on the account.

If you are still having trouble let us know and we will look into it some more.
