We have specific rewards that are not linked from your website to give the kids as rewards.  When I go through the steps to add the photo to the reward description it never shows up.  It says it uploaded the picture but when you view the reward the picture is blank.  Am I doing something wrong?

 The whole interface for adding prizes (custom or internal) will be updated soon'ish, (it's a tad clunky the way it is now), but it does appear to be working.  I just did a couple test uploads and the prize image is coming up in the various pages that display prizes.  I also looked through the error logs, and don't see anything relating to prize uploads.

You mentioned that the prize image is just blank.  Are you seeing the image file name after you upload it, in the available images to assign to the prize you are creating?  You should be selecting it (or double clicking it) to assign it to the prize.  If it's selected, when the image select panel disappears, you should see a thumbnail of the image you selected for the prize before you save the prize.  Are you not seeing that?

I am not able to see my custom rewards images either.  Just shows as a black box.  The thumbnail after upload displays only a black box as well.

 I'm having the same problem. Have you heard back from support? I got one of them to show up. I did everything the same the next ten times I tried, but never got another photo to show up.

 Hey I finally figured it out. You have to double click on that tiny little icon next to the name of your picture. Weird none of the things you would think would work worked like checking the box next to the one you want and then clicking on INSERT.  Oh well, it's working now.
