I wanted to add some pictures to our homemade prize list, but it gives me an error screen everytime I click upload. Even when I tried uploading just one picture.
This has happened to me as well. I think it has happened to many people. I am not sure how they the company intends to fix it. What I do is I find a similar picture to what I need or I just leave it black.
Having the same problem, and it's impossible to track the prizes cashed in on the kids accounts with no images, since they aren't labeled with anything but the dates they were redeemed.
This is fixed now.
Still not working. (I use Firefox browser, in case you need to know that.)
Hi there. Are you getting a particular error? I too use firefox and was able to upload an image when creating a new reward. If you could give me some specifics, I will look into to right away.
No error message. I am able to see the jpeg file once I hit "upload," but when I insert the image it doesn't show up. However, it does say "remove" above where the image should be.

Could you tell me which version of Firefox you are running? I am running 3.5.3 and I can't replicate this.
One thing you might want to try is to clear your temporary files. It's possible that your browser cached (stored a file) locally on your machine and it didn't update when we deployed the new files.

I'm also using Firefox 3.5.3, on a Mac.
Cleared my history & cache but it still doesn't work. (BTW, that YouTube video doesn't map to my Firefox Tools menu)
Also, I find that I keep getting knocked off my page and have to keep logging back in.
Ok let me get this tested on a Mac. Firefox on the Mac is usually very consistent with PC/Linux versions but I have seen some anomalies before.
