 We are a single grandmother and a 9-year-old grandson. My grandson and I lead small groups on discovery trips to the big Island of Hawaii. We are having a blast. I think in many ways it's easier to raise a grandchild because you've had time to gain the wisdom that helps so much. I love this site because before chore charts was a more labor intensive thing to do and I have found out they are a perfect way to teach responsibility and modifiy behavior. I'm looking forward to see what new features they will add as things develope. I added a link to my foster parents website.

Welcome to the site!  I am glad you are here and using all of the tools.  The more feedback we receive, the more we can improve things around here.  We are just a couple of parents who thought this would be a good idea and I love hearing about how another parent deals with situations because it offers me a new perspective.  I hope you join in often.  We have many members who join the forums, but few who like to post (yet!) :)
